Excite! ™. Afterschool Buddy, Inc. was incorporated in Pennsylvania, and is a majority woman-owned S-Corp.

Performance Troupe
The Rainbow Kids® is a multi-cultural performance troupe of children, ages 6 to 16, whose members represent public, private, parochial and cyber schools in Western PA. The Rainbow Kids® performances since November 2009 have been seen by over 1-million people via TV, stage, web and regional events.

Show themes & videos are adventure-based and showcase Pittsburgh and regional assets, programs, places & children from all backgrounds and all abilities. Afterschool Buddy® programs present a tremendous potential to further enhance Pittsburgh’s reputation as a child-friendly/family-friendly city and enhance Pennsylvania’s reputation as a state that makes children’s education & welfare a top priority, not only during school hours, but in the important after school hours.

About Our Founder
Afterschool Buddy, Inc. was officially launched in December 2008 by founder, President & CEO Susan Brozek Scott, a 29-year veteran of TV News and Programming. Brozek Scott's award-winning career spanned five television stations in four states; WPXI-TV and WTAE-TV in Pittsburgh, PA, WRAL-TV in Raleigh, NC, WTRF-TV in Wheeling, WV, and WTOV-TV in Steubenville, Ohio.
